1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ug772 ("ug772," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ug772 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ug772 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ug772 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ug772 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ug772 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

When registering your ug772 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ug772 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified ug772 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

ug772 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where ug772 has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ug772 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ug772 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your ug772 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ug772 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.
• ug772 reserves the right to conduct identity verification and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the ug772 cashier section. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at ug772's discretion.
• ug772 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ug772 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• ug772 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

ug772's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ug772 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ug772 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ug772 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to ug772's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

ug772 operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, the applicable PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.

14. Amendments

ug772 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ug772 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the ug772 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
